Our mission is to help be a guiding light to birthing women of all ages
and families who are experiencing an acute period of stress, difficulty and
extreme mental hardship in the areas of pregnancy, labor/delivery,
postpartum and early/later years of motherhood and parenting. My aim is to offer Christ
centered support through services that will enable them to navigate through
these pivotal seasons of their lives with stability, strength, integrity and
grace.
My services offered of Mental Wellness, Pregnancy/Labor/Postpartum and
Motherhood support with connections to secure transitional housing,
education and employment. This has specifically been tailored and aimed
for all birthing women and families from all ethnicities, such as
teenagers, young adults, adults, and the older woman, with with a higher
focus on black/brown women of childbearing age.

Breastfeeding Support
Support During Pregnancy & Postpartum
Breastfeeding support is pivotal to achieve successful breastfeeding. We offer comprehensive in-person or virtual lactation support for women during pregnancy, immediate & during the postpartum period. Our Breastfeeding Support services are designed to help new/repeat mothers navigate the challenges of breastfeeding and provide the support they need to succeed. As a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) you will have access to the most recent information such as immunity benefits, long term health benefits, including practical support with Latching/Positioning, and much more, to aid support and confidence essential to your breastfeeding experience. https://www.preciousgifts.org/support-groups COST: $199.00 Per Couple/Per Session. Postpartum Support
Motherhood Mentoring
After childbirth, many women need additional support to navigate the challenges of motherhood. Our Postpartum Support services are designed to provide new mothers with the resources they need to adjust to changes in the postpartum period and to thrive as they transition to Motherhood. We also offer Motherhood Mentoring to help women build the skills and confidence they need to succeed as mothers. Mental Wellness Sessions
Wellness Support
Our Mental Wellness empowerment program is designed to help women in need of wellness tools/resources that can be self administered to improve their mental wellness and regulate their nervous system. The Community Resiliency Model (CRM) is a biological based intervention, which focuses on the nervous system. It uses distinctive, easy to learn skills to administer self-care that help to promote mental health and mental well-being when needed in times of dysregulation. CRM is extremely helpful in pregnancy/labor & delivery (in any birth setting), postpartum and MOTHERING. It can be used alongside therapy and counselling. A NEW baby can bring great joy to you and your family. However, caring for a new baby can be exhausting and difficult at times with hormone changes. It is common for pregnant women and new mothers to have a roller coaster of emotions, it is important to know you are not alone. Peer Support Groups
Group Sessions
The peer support group is for pregnancy/mothering and everything in between. It is a specific group of pregnant mothers who use their own experiences to help other women identify and manage emotional needs during the perinatal period. This peer support group, unlike others that the founder is also currently facilitated, is faith based but all are welcomed. It is a flexible and holistic approach that complements additional mental health services and can provide outcomes that differ from but support clinical care, using biblical principles and encouragement to draw strength from. Precious Gifts peer support groups allow women to develop the tools to help reduce feelings of loneliness, isolation, mum guilt and judgment. It also helps to reduce distress, postpartum depression, mood and anxiety, and fatigue. All participants will feel heard, supported and validated, and a sense of community with other mothers. You will learn skills and tools that can be self-administered to better deal with being and feeling overwhelmed by pregnancy, postpartum and the mothering period. Certified Childbirth Education
& Certified Health Coaching
Childbirth Education & Health Coaching
The certified childbirth educator is specifically steered to educate, support and advocate in pregnancy, labor/delivery, postpartum and the mothering journey. The Health coaching also comes along side the Childbirth Education to help clients improve their health and well-being through lifestyle changes before, during and after the perinatal period. The founder will work with clients to create and implement sustainable plans for nutrition, exercise (movement), sleep, and other areas of optimal health in pregnancy. This health coaching will also help clients develop skills to manage their own health and the health of their children and growing family. As a Certified Professional Midwife (2027) and certified Health Coach via the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute (DSWI). The founder has seen how nutrition is the first line of defense to achieving a healthy pregnancy/labor and delivery. It is also the foundation for successful breast feeding and weaning. It is her aim to help inform, encourage and support you as you navigate through accessing good nutrition during this period in your life. COST: $199.99 per couple/per 2 hour virtual session.
