Tracey Goddard-Johnson is the Founder and CEO of Good & Perfect Ministries (GPPGM), she is a wife of 28 years and mother of five children. Tracey was born in the Southwest of England, then moved to London where she gave birth to her first three sons, then permanently moved to Georgia, USA in 2016. She certified as a midwife in 2005, within her midwifery role she facilitated and provided care in the areas of Pre-natal Education Classes/Breast Feeding, Labor/Delivery, Care of the new-born and other related areas for most of her career. Upon moving to Georgia, Tracey successfully gained certification as a Childbirth Educator (CBE) in June 2019, with the International Childbirth Education Association (ICEA).

Tracey is a highly qualified professional with multiple certifications in the medical field. She is a Certified Phlebotomy Technician/Certified Medical Assistant (CPTCCMA), a Certified Health Coach (CHC), and a Breastfeeding Peer Counselor (BFPC). Tracey is also a midwife who facilitates debriefing/birth storytelling after birth trauma and is expected to gain certification later in 2024. She is currently enrolled in a license by endorsement program to become a licensed Certified Professional Midwife by 2025. Tracey mentors student CBE's and facilitates the 'Labor Support' class for Healthy Moms Healthy Babies Coalition of GA (HMHBGA). Her experiences have led her to create GPPGM, where she guides, empowers, mentors, educates, encourages, and supports women/birthing people in their own perinatal period.
